Fra og med uke 26 er siste arrangementet gjennomf\u00f8rt p\u00e5 Spektrum for denne perioden, og prosjektet er i full gang p\u00e5 flere fronter.<\/p>\n

I perioden som har v\u00e6rt frem til n\u00e5 har arbeidet prim\u00e6rt omhandlet innvendig sanering av kontoretasjene, utskj\u00e6ring av teglkunst p\u00e5 fasaden og rivearbeider av nedgangen til T-banen i Vaterlandspassasjen.<\/p>\n

Prosjektet skal ha full drift gjennom hele sommerperioden. I uke 26 og 27 vil det bli etablert full anleggsomr\u00e5det. Det blir satt ut tung sikring p\u00e5 Sonja Henies Plass, og etablert gjennomkj\u00f8ring til Brugaten med eget lyskryss i anleggsperioden. Faseplanen under viser hvordan anleggsomr\u00e5det blir, ogs\u00e5 koordinert opp mot Plaza. Informasjon rundt brakkerigg og \u00f8vrige riggforhold vil komme p\u00e5 neste oppdatering\/driftsmelding.<\/p>\n

Rivearbeider i kommende periode vil omhandle rivning av takplan p\u00e5 Spektrum, uttak av tegl p\u00e5 fasade og gangbro mot Plaza. Det blir satt opp egen mobilkran som skal l\u00f8fte alt av riveavfall\/elementer ned fra tak.<\/p>\n

Videre vil arbeider rundt rivning og etablering av midlertidig betongvegg i Vaterlandspassasjen, og oppfylling for anleggsperioden ferdigstilles.<\/p>\n

Innvendig vil det i perioden fremover handle om innvendig sanering av gjenst\u00e5ende kontoretasjer, samt rivearbeider i kjelleretasjen.<\/p>\n

Arbeidstider i sommerperioden vil prim\u00e6rt v\u00e6re 07.00 \u2013 19.00 (mandag \u2013 fredag), samt l\u00f8rdag. Noen avvik vil kunne tilkomme. HENT vil v\u00e6re til stede gjennom hele perioden. Skulle det v\u00e6re sp\u00f8rsm\u00e5l eller andre henvendelser om prosjektet, kan disse rettes mot angitte kontaktpersoner p\u00e5 nettsiden.<\/p>\n

Nettsiden vil regelmessig bli oppdatert med status og fremdrift i prosjektet.<\/p>\n

The project is in full progress <\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n

As of week 26, the last event has been held at Spektrum for this period, and the project is in full progress on several fronts. <\/em><\/p>\n

In the period up to now, the work has primarily been about the interior demolition of the office floors, the carving of brick art on the facade and the demolition of the descent to the subway in Vaterlandspassasjen. <\/em><\/p>\n

The project will be in full operation throughout the summer period. In weeks 26 and 27, the complete construction site will be established. Heavy security will be deployed at Sonja Henies Plass, and road through the and onto the Brugaten with its own traffic lights will be established \u2013 valid during the construction period. The phaseplan below shows how the construction site will be, also coordinated with the Plaza. Information about the barracks rig and other rigging conditions will be included in the next update. <\/em><\/p>\n

Demolition work in the coming period will involve the demolition of the roof floor at Spektrum, the removal of bricks on the facade and the bridge between Spektrum and Plaza.\u00a0 A mobile crane will be set up to lift all demolition waste\/elements down from the roof. <\/em><\/p>\n

Furthermore, work on demolition and establishment of a temporary concrete wall in Vaterlandspassasjen, and backfilling for the construction period will be completed. <\/em><\/p>\n

Inside of the building, the period will involve the remaining internal demolition of the office floors, as well as demolition work in the basement.<\/em><\/p>\n

Working hours during the summer period will primarily be 07:00 – 19:00 (Monday – Friday), as well as Saturday. Some deviations may occur. HENT will be present throughout the entire period.
