Prosjektet er i gang for fullt
Fra og med uke 26 er siste arrangementet gjennomført på Spektrum for denne perioden, og prosjektet er i full gang på flere fronter.
I perioden som har vært frem til nå har arbeidet primært omhandlet innvendig sanering av kontoretasjene, utskjæring av teglkunst på fasaden og rivearbeider av nedgangen til T-banen i Vaterlandspassasjen.
Prosjektet skal ha full drift gjennom hele sommerperioden. I uke 26 og 27 vil det bli etablert full anleggsområdet. Det blir satt ut tung sikring på Sonja Henies Plass, og etablert gjennomkjøring til Brugaten med eget lyskryss i anleggsperioden. Faseplanen under viser hvordan anleggsområdet blir, også koordinert opp mot Plaza. Informasjon rundt brakkerigg og øvrige riggforhold vil komme på neste oppdatering/driftsmelding.
Rivearbeider i kommende periode vil omhandle rivning av takplan på Spektrum, uttak av tegl på fasade og gangbro mot Plaza. Det blir satt opp egen mobilkran som skal løfte alt av riveavfall/elementer ned fra tak.
Videre vil arbeider rundt rivning og etablering av midlertidig betongvegg i Vaterlandspassasjen, og oppfylling for anleggsperioden ferdigstilles.
Innvendig vil det i perioden fremover handle om innvendig sanering av gjenstående kontoretasjer, samt rivearbeider i kjelleretasjen.
Arbeidstider i sommerperioden vil primært være 07.00 – 19.00 (mandag – fredag), samt lørdag. Noen avvik vil kunne tilkomme. HENT vil være til stede gjennom hele perioden. Skulle det være spørsmål eller andre henvendelser om prosjektet, kan disse rettes mot angitte kontaktpersoner på nettsiden.

The project is in full progress
As of week 26, the last event has been held at Spektrum for this period, and the project is in full progress on several fronts.
In the period up to now, the work has primarily been about the interior demolition of the office floors, the carving of brick art on the facade and the demolition of the descent to the subway in Vaterlandspassasjen.
The project will be in full operation throughout the summer period. In weeks 26 and 27, the complete construction site will be established. Heavy security will be deployed at Sonja Henies Plass, and road through the and onto the Brugaten with its own traffic lights will be established – valid during the construction period. The phaseplan below shows how the construction site will be, also coordinated with the Plaza. Information about the barracks rig and other rigging conditions will be included in the next update.
Demolition work in the coming period will involve the demolition of the roof floor at Spektrum, the removal of bricks on the facade and the bridge between Spektrum and Plaza. A mobile crane will be set up to lift all demolition waste/elements down from the roof.
Furthermore, work on demolition and establishment of a temporary concrete wall in Vaterlandspassasjen, and backfilling for the construction period will be completed.
Inside of the building, the period will involve the remaining internal demolition of the office floors, as well as demolition work in the basement.
Working hours during the summer period will primarily be 07:00 – 19:00 (Monday – Friday), as well as Saturday. Some deviations may occur. HENT will be present throughout the entire period.
